LadyBird is not obligated to refund your order if you change your mind about your purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
If an order is received incorrect, is damaged, or has sustained damage in transit, please notify LadyBird within 48 hours of receipt. We will pay to have the board(s) shipped back to us and we will quickly send a new board(s) free of charge.
If the order was placed and received and the size and/or color of the board is not a good fit, the customer may opt to exchange the board(s). The customer will be responsible for shipping the undesired board(s) back to LadyBird in good condition. LadyBird will then pay for shipping the exchanged board(s) to the customer.
